In response to my December 18, 2019 letter above wherein I outlined my serious concerns because of the poor manner in which the City of Hamburg documents, and records, the proceedings of it's

City Council Meetings, instead of the City 'doing the right thing' and taking appropriate measures

to resolve the issue, the City chose, instead, to send me the following letter shown below.

THAT WAS TWELVE YEARS AGO !!!
