NARRATIVE

According to the Official 'Motor Vehicle Crash Report'

filed with the

Minnesota Department of Public Safety

by the

Carver County Sheriff's Office:

"Unit 1 was facing eastbound on Highway 212 waiting to turn north onto County Road 34. Unit 2 (my vehicle) was westbound on Highway 212. Unit 1 turned in front of unit 2. Unit 2 struck Unit 1 in the passenger side rear panel."

"Both vehicles has disabling damage and were towed to smith oil. Driver of Unit 2 was transported to Ridgeview by Ridgeview."

This 'Major Transformation' Of My Car TOOK LESS THAN 5 SECONDS !!!

Well; Here I Am In The Ambulance At 4:05PM; En Route To Ridgeview Medical Center.

As You Can See, I Was Still In Their Emergency Room at 6:57PM.

Were Any Traffic Citations Issued As A Result Of This Accident That Resulted In Someone Being Injured & Transported To The Hospital By Ambulance ??

Above Are More Pictures Of The Damage That My Vehicle Sustained; I Had Just Spent $300.00 A Few Weeks

Earlier On Two New Rear Tires To Ensure That I'd Be Able To Make It To Work This Winter.

Less Than Twenty-Four Hours After The Accident, I Took The Pictures Below Of The

Intersection And Surrounding Area Where The Accident Occurred; From Various Angles.

9-1-1 'SYSTEM' WORKED FLAWLESSLY !!

About 3:40PM, I was involved in a personal injury accident at Highway 212 and Tacoma Avenue in Norwood Young America that resulted in airbag deployment, total annihilation of my black 2005 Ford Crown Victoria and me being transported, by ambulance, to Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia. Personnel from those agencies listed above were involved attending to me at the scene and transporting me to Ridgeview Medical Center. A special THANKS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED for your swift, professional, compassionate response and actions during the time of this emergency !! A SPECIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to Carver County Sheriff's Deputy SERGEANT DAVID McDONALD and to Ridgeview Medical Center Emergency Room Physician DR. GREGORY PETERSON and REGISTERED NURSE 'RITA' !!
